(b) On March 4, 2016, Bel Fuse Inc. ("Bel") announced certain prospective changes in its Board of Directors. Bel announced that Howard B. Bernstein intends to resign from Bel's Board effective as of the 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled for May 17, 2016. Bel also announced that John S. Johnson does not intend to stand for re-election at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Johnson is a current member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of Bel's Board.
