JERSEY CITY, NJ -- April 20, 2006 -- BEL FUSE, INC., (NASDAQ:BELFA) & (NASDAQ:BELFB) will release preliminary financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 at approximately 7:30 a.m. EDT on Monday, May 1, 2006. Bel has scheduled a conference call at 11:00 a.m. EDT that morning to discuss its results for the quarter.
