JERSEY CITY, NJ -- February 10 2006 - BEL FUSE, INC., (NASDAQ:BELFA) & (NASDAQ:BELFB) will release preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2005 at approximately 7:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 16, 2006.  Bel has scheduled a conference call at 11:00 a.m. EST that morning to discuss its results for the quarter.
