JERSEY CITY, NJ -- February 9, 2007 -- BEL FUSE INC., (NASDAQ:BELFA) & (NASDAQ:BELFB) will release preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 at approximately 7:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, February 15, 2007. Bel has scheduled a conference call at 11:00 a.m. EST that morning to discuss its results for the quarter.
