Literature Summarizes Bels Newest & Most Popular Product Lines

Jersey City, NJ January 5, 2005 ...Bel, a premier developer of fuses and magnetic-based solutions for high-speed networking and computing applications, today announced the release of a new Product Overview brochure. Notably, the literature highlights the most popular product offerings from the Company’s Signal Transformer line of standard and custom power transformers, and Bel Stewart Connector’s MagJackÒ RJ-45 integrated connectors with magnetics, as well as modular jack and plug systems. Additionally targeted in the 4-page, 4-color brochure are Bel’s discrete LAN and telecom transformers, circuit protection devices, and DC/DC converter modules.
Among the connector modules offered are single- and multi-port MagJack RJ-45 connectors with integrated magnetics for 10/100/1000Base-T, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, together with Category 5e and Category 6 modular plugs. Integrated broadband modules for xDSL, T1/E1/J1, ISDN, powerline, cable modem, and set top box employment are covered, as are RoHS-compliant SMT and through-hole fuses, and circuit protection SIP modules for tip and ring applications. Features and specifications pertaining to transformers for the most prevalent chipsets used in such LAN applications as Gigabit Ethernet, 10/100Base-TX and PoE are listed. Also detailed are telecom transformers for xDSL applications in both Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and Central Office (CO) use, and those for T1/E1/J1 employment. Bel’s DC/DC non-isolated, point-of-load converter modules in SIP and SMT packages for 2.5V to 48V applications are further covered.
